Please read these Terms and conditions before PLACING WORK ORDERS. Failure to meet CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS MAY RESULT IN YOUR COMPANIES WORK ORDER NOT BEING HONOURED OR DELIVERED ON TIME. Every effort will be made by to accommodate CUSTOMERS that are having genuine difficulties in making PAYMENT deadlines, and arrangements may be allowed on a case by case basis.

Payment methods accepted:
Direct deposit into a nominated bank account
Bank cheque in Australian dollars
Money Order (the type issued by Australia Post)

Pay Pal
Cash on pickup (by arrangement only)

Other payment methods are being considered for the future. This pricing PAGE includes GST in the final price. Invoice is available on request from companies that supply an ABN number. Invoice is supplied if you have an operating system and/or application installed. The warranty that is supplied with a system with pre-installed software is available on request. Warranties are available on most individual components of the hardware, however, due to the relatively low price of some of Remote PC systems, it will be the responsibility of the SERVICE REQUESTER to pay for the initial postage back to Remote PC . The postage back to the SERVICE REQUESTER will be met by Remote PC, if the fault is identified as being a manufacturing fault. Contact TO AND from the SERVICE REQUESTER needs to be made AVAILABLE DURING EACH BUSINESS DAY IN CASE BUSINESS PERMISSIONS OR ACCOUNTING ENQUIRES NEED TO BE ANSWERED.

Shipping Tips:
The SERVICE REQUESTER is responsible for shipping costs and insurance. Remote PC has a must be insured policy on all goods over the value of A$200.00 shipped. Any goods under that value THE SERVICE REQUESTER or purchaser has the option to request insurance QUOTES or registered post QUOTES from Remote PC. Remote PC is not directly liable or responsible for any loss or theft of items in transit, however, we will assist in any way we can to have the matter resolved. No P.O. Boxes; all deliveries must be a valid physical address, and FOR ALL SERVICE REQUESTS THE CUSTOMER MUST supply THE company/PRIVATE contact details, especially if a courier is being used.

DOA Policy:
DOA (dead on arrival) are products that arrive in non-working condition or are not as described. REMOTE PC PROVIDES a 100% guarantee against DOA unless specified AS TO sell OR SERVICE the NAMED product "AS IS". If you receive a product that is DOA, please contact REMOTE PC immediately. If the item you HAVE REQUESTED SERVICE on is software or computer related hardware, please verify that the item will work or is compatible with your existing hardware. REMOTE PC cannot guarantee compatibility WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. Email remote pc if you have any questions.

Custom Building:
Remote PC has a tight policy on accepting requests for systems other than what is what is already advertised. On the occasion where Remote PC will add or remove components at a customers request, there will almost definitely be extra costs and lead time overheads involved.
